How do I help her and myself?

I think you need to tell her the truth. If you really love her and she loves you, too, I think she is open to all your comments, suggestions, and advises to her. Im sure she will listen to you. Dont let others tell her about the problem...the more she gets embarrassed she will be put into shame. Just believe in yourself. You really have the power to say that to her because she loves you so much.
