Can I tell my doctor about drinking alcohol if I'm underage?

Everything you say to the doctor is confidential a doctor is not legally allowed to tell anyone anything you have said to them unless it will endager others lives, say you were mentally unstable and you addmited to the doctor that you would kill your whole family and ment it, the doc could then tell the police but somthing like alcohol no...same goes with being sexually active
