Easiest Way To Stop an Erection?

I want to go to a nudist resort but erections there is a no-no. My urologist prescribed Bicalutamide for my problem but it seems to have no immediate affect. I would just like to know if there's an easier way to make it subside for just a few hours whenever I would like (or if I should take several of the pills at once instead of following the doctors orders.) Thanks.
