Is this website illegal?

If you'd have done a search on Y!A first you'd have seen at least a dozen other people have already asked about the legality of that website. For the last time (and I hope this is the last time but I doubt it will be), that website is perfectly legal despite having photos of nude children. Mere nudity does not constitute pornography, a fact backed by a supreme court ruling, and the intent of the website and the photographer is not porn or sexual stimulation. Its only purpose is to show a glimpse into the life of naturists and their families.
