Do you agree that parents should be able to raise their kids anyway they choose?

Say if the parents have a certain religion/religious beliefs that they feel very strongly about, or political beliefs, or if they're Vegan, or even Nudists, etc. Shouldn't parents be able to raise their kids with any beliefs they choose so long as the children are well taken care of and not abused? What right do other people have to tell parents how they can and can't raise their own children?
