Hi, i had a car with welcome car finance .....i am have difficulties paying back..?

just get incontact with them and explain ur problem u can make a offer of payment but put it in writing and keep a copy for ur self and get it sent to them by recorded post so u know they have recieved the letter u can tell them u can only pay a �1 a month and they will have to except it has they can go the loser on it ha si know a friend who ha dthe same problem and madethis amount of offer but it was refused so he allowed it to got to court and when the court heard that he made an offer and the company refused it he had the debt cleared all because they would not take the offer so they lost more than a grand
