Ladies, what qualities are you looking for in a man for a serious relationship?

I'm 25 and work in healthcare. I have my own home and vehicle. I'm not a wild drinker and not a selfish pig. I have trouble still finding a girl that is interested in dating. I am often told how nice I am, but I feel that just puts me in the "friend zone" more than anything. So now I ask what is it that women of today are looking for? Does body type play a major role in first deciding if a guy is worth looking into? I like to think I have a great sense of humor as well. What kind of personalities are you most attracted to? Any incite of what it is you look for would help. I'm trying to keep hope that I'll find someone special but it seems as though I don't have what women look for now a days. I used to have no troubles finding someone when I was younger, but now I can't find anyone interested in anything but friends.
