Should you go on vacation without your baby for a week to another country when your baby is only 10 months old?

My best friend asked me to ask you guys this question. It would mean she would have to quit breastfeeding (she can't use her pump where she is going). What is worse is that her husband wants to go to a nudist resort, she's not into that plus the pregnancy ruined her body for now so she is feeling very self concious. Her husband says that he needs this vacation for the marraige to work. What do you think?
