What do nudists do during their period?

I'm a life-long nudist guy who never dated a nudist girl,but I DID have an ltr with someone who slept nude every night. During her 'red dollar days',as she called them,she went with a tampon and panties. Most nudist females that have ever given an opinion on this subject(yes,friend,this question HAS come up in nudist circles) said basically what Kelsie said. One time,I had a bruise on my penis and I actually avoided being nude for about 5 days because it looked like I had a disease or something,lol. Biology is beautiful,but it can be a b**ch sometimes.
