Are pictures of naturist children, child pornography?

I've seen this website (I'll leave the actual name out of it, for lawsuit reasons) that videos and photographs adults and children at a Naturist Resort (Nudist Colony). They are playing and having a good time. To me, there is nothing sexual about it. They are not engaged in sexual acts with themselves or one another. My question is, does that fall under Child Pornography?
