What do nudists do while on their periods?

Contrary to belief, nudists don't HAVE to be nude. We choose to be nude. If a woman chooses to wear a swimsuit or shorts while she has her period, that is fine. Some wear a tampon and remain nude. I do this fairly often. In most cases it is almost unnoticeable. If the string is slightly visible it's generally not a big deal. Nudists understand that women have a menstrual cycle and that tampons or pads are used by women.
