I agree with waitaminute. Yes, Republicans have many times been caught doing stupid things, but as soon as they're caught, they're finished. As if they expect everyone to be as clean as fresh snow. Democrats are more forgiving, after the fact, but one better not have too many skeletons in one's closet before the election.
