Years ago, I used to sing with my nose and never did vocal warms up and also wasn't a water drinker all the time (I would probably drink water 5 times a month) . Recently, I've began to do vocal warm ups and drink a lot of water to begin to train my voice(by myself for now) and now even when I sing or even talk part of the right side of my neck to (sometimes) the collarbone feels tensed. What should I do?
